To moralizing Republicans, hypocrisy is practiced as if breathing. So yes, when Barney Frank, an openly homosexual man boinks a "boy" in your parlance...as Mr. Frank has never been accused of being an ephebophile, Democrats and those who understand the range of life that one encounters in a "free" society, have no problem with it. He practices what he preaches.
