As a part of society that works and enjoys it's benefits, I have no problem whatsoever of helping to take care of infants, children, handicapped, despondant, elderly neighbors, hell- even yours! Whoever needs it, because the balance of fit people to shoulder that small burden, of those small percentage of us (and I use use in reference that we are all of one society) is never to much to ask of any free and civilized nation.

I was talking about a system where by each participant would participate willingly and that the sytem would dramatically reduce the level of suffering and poverty here in the US. Why do you try to spinn it into something forced or bad?

I say only those who pay Tax to the Federal Government directly should have the Right to Vote in this Nation.

The IRS should be in charge of Issuing Voter Registration Cards.

Pay enough Federal Tax, and be allowed to Vote in a Federal Election.

Exemptions of course for those Wounded in Battle.... as VA Service Connection Money is not Taxed.

Women should also not be allowed to Vote in the United States of America..... as it is currently against the Law to Draft Women into the United States Military for the Defense of the Nation.

Religious Exemptions from Combat Service should also cause the person to lose the Right to Vote.

The Constitution will need to be changed.... but, it would be a bit more doable than just having the poor sterilized, in my own opinion.
