look at the madcap events in his life. he was an an academic track that would have gotten him a phd. he took out umpteen deferments to attain that high status. the course work was done. only the finishing of his thesis was necessary for intellectual sucess. but the minute the nam war ended cheney dropped out of school. had he snapped.

look at his reaction to the al qaeda attack of the 11th of september. he zeroed in on his old nemnisis saddam not usama. had he snapped? was he confused about what year it was? who the enemy was?

as he nears the end of power shouldn't we put him back into the cave. for our good not his. we could tell him al qaeda has invaded washington dc and is heading for his mansion on the cheasapeake. we could just leave him in there until february 2009. or we could lock the door from the outside and throw away the key.

I was particularly glad to see that link as I have been trying to combat the lingering preception (around here at least ) that clinton was the driving force behind the downsizing of the military. i remembered as starting during reagan's time, but there, in black and white, is the real culprit. I hadn't thought to look at Wiki for this, and the other sites I pulled, weren't specific as to what hand he actually had in this.

All of his wealth,power,influence on world events,intelligence, everything he's got going for him doesn't amount to a hill of shit. He's dying.

And, like others facing imminent doom, often depicted in fiction or in fact, he's reaching madly,desperately out to grab hold of any others that he can and drag them along with himself into The Void.

In his death throes he has become a murderer of others, and he doesn't care.

Like a wounded snapping beast he should be put down.
