Little did I know that all those years trading fist bumps after a great play on the court during noon basketball games at the Y has probably compromised my ability to ever run for public office.

Ken, those were my first thoughts, too. My women's league slowpitch softball team uses that fist bump dozens of times each game! How it's possible that someone had never seen the gesture before the Obamas did it on tv is beyond me.

I guess if you're a hopelessly unathletic and seriously gullible person it's possible you could believe it's something to do with terrorism. But that's not really something one should advertise.

I think we should look into the fascist chest bump of death as practiced by our CINC at the recent academy graduation.

I'm curious about the meaning of the thumbs out to the sides....there would appear to be a number of different expressions possible....for example right hand to left hand, both thumbs out to the same side or right hand to right hand or left hand to left hand.....
