Church Cancels Teen Gun Giveaway

As part of it's big youth revival, the Windsor Hills Baptist had planned to give away an AR-15 semiautomatic assault rifle to one lucky teen until one of the event's organizers was unable to attend.

Video from the previous years event shows young children firing automatic and semi-automatic weapons.

The youth Paster Bob Ross said that the conference isn’t all about guns, but rather about teens finding faith, automatic weapons, shooting competition and the give-away is just a nice bonus.

Church kids really have it made now-a-days. In my church kid's dads and grand dads were supposed to give them their first few firearms. Boy, good thing my church didn't send us rabbit hunting down by Mena, Arkansas. Chances are we'd be benefit of one of Bilk Linton's teenaged mutual suicide pacts for stumbling onto his cocaine unloading activities from a CIA C-141 fresh in from Columbia with Bilk's private stash and campaign cash cow.

Every Christian should be proficience in the use of fire arms. They may have to defend their wifes and young children from crazed liberal, secularist homosexuals and/or their supporters at any moment.

Once again, we see Nano's hatred of anyone who does not believe as he does (or tells us to). Personally, I am proficient in the use of firearms to protect myself from the likes of you and doggy and to fight against the theocracy you want to impose on us.

I don't think you're seeing his hatred, I think you're seeing has man-crush on Doggy. Since he hasn't had anyone else to latch onto really since San detached Nano from his crotch, he's hoping he can be DD's little pet if he learns to type like him.

One almost has to feel sympathy for the Reverend. So far this year, he has already twice been seduced, first by San, and then by C*********D****** (AKA <-5>) and then unceremoniously abandoned. Hopefully, the "third time is the charm."

Guess I'm not the only one to have noticed this trend. :) Lookin' for love in all the wrong places...

Here's the full video from the church's website from the last Youth Conference. <link>

The shooting is around the 7 minute mark.

Also check out the groovy tunes around the 10 minute mark. And OMG the offensive (lyrically and musically) "Where can you buy the virtuous woman"????? somewhere around the 13 minute mark.

The whole thing is disturbing on several levels.

Christians are in danger of violence from gays?! What on earth are you basing that on?

Off topic, Thomas Paine...

I hear there's a drive for a Thomas Paine day in all 50 states. It didn't pass in Arkansas.

Did you notice that everyone when they state what they like about it first mention the preaching? Talk about being brainwashed by preachers. I also noticed the basic training type of activities. Makes you wonder what they are up to.

Physical exhaustion and keeping them too busy to do anything but 'go along with the program'. Makes indoctrination much easier and more effective.

Wow! God's own boot camp!

What Would Jesus Shoot? Certainly not one of those Atheist Kalishnikovs!

This could easily pass for Landover Baptist.
