Why beer cans are better than women

I can only remember 2 of the punch lines:

1. Beer cans warm up when you touch them

2. They don't get upset when you take out another beer can.

Help me out, here, guys.
Minus 2? Nobody can take a joke!

As I recall, this string of jokes came out at about the same time as to why "X" were better than men. This is the real problem in the "battle of the sexes"--we've lost our sense of humor and everyone is so self absorbed they are easily offended.

Come on, you had to know that there would be someone offended. I'm personally not, but then again, I have just as many of those "X is better than a man because....", but I don't mean them. Most of my friends are male and I love my fiance, and even he gets a kick out it.

I think the offense was taken because you were put with the Neaderthals such as Sicily9 and others.

3. When you're through with a beer, it's still worth 10 cents. (At least with Michigan's deposit law.)

4. You can have a beer with other guys without it being weird.

5. You know whether a beer has been opened before.

Those are off the top of my head...

Thanks, and part of my thesis

is that most of us have heard these jokes, and laughed at them sincerely (as long as it was the right audience--i.e., anti male jokes in a female environment, and vice versa). True liberty (and self esteem) comes when women can laugh at the beer can jokes, and vice versa.
Of course I knew someone would get

offended. You're not because you are comfortable in your identity. I joke about doing brain surgery (circumcisions in adult men--thinking with your penis rather than your brain) in the OR because I am comfortable in mine.

In the limo on the way from my wedding to the reception, my best man told this old joke:

"What do you do if your dishwasher breaks?"

"Smack her on the ass and tell her to get back to work."

The audience was receptive. The maid of honor cackled and fake-slapped him. A good time was had by all.

Note, however, that the jokes have to be funny, first and foremost. Simple jabs disguised as jokes are just offensive all around. Viz.:

Funny: If you pour a beer right, you will always get good head.

Not funny: Beer doesn't bitch, yell, or cry.
