How about just ban movies anymore about values, morals, and character. It seems that many Americans these days can't grasp or don't want to grasp such concepts. If a movie isn't about some sexual deviancy / pervertism or minority-related cause, then the movie is bashed in the media(and boards like these) or does not get great ratings.

Yep! If movies these days are not "X-Rated or Malcom-X" , then they don't amount to much.
