I remember when........................................
by BFD

Obama supporters and even Obama himself accused Hillary of "taking a page out of the Rove playbook,RNC playbook" etc. I remember when some HRC supporters threatened to sit out the election or vote for McCain if Obama won the nomination. The response of some Obama supporters was basically "F**k 'em. We don't need 'em." Others told those who thretened to sit out the election to "Go ahead and watch McCain win!" etc. etc. and posted the picture of McCain hugging GWB.

When Obama won the nomination,I as an HRC supporter,"got over it" and have enthusiastically supported Obama as the Dem nominee. I've donated $150 to his campaign so far. First time I've ever donated to a POTUS candidate.

Now that Obama has made some... shall we say... "Clintonian"... moves in his general election campaign, the DailyKos/MoveOn/Huffington Post/Olbermann liberals are all up in arms and threatening not to support Obama.."Get over it." "Go ahead and watch McCain be elected to a 3rd George Bush term.".The far left seems determined to alienate all moderate Dems and help the GOP make the "permanent Republican majority" a dream come true.

I ain't believing this shit.

Why the surprise BFD?

Hillary lost to what is her, now that the paint has started falling off another Chicago, slumlord building.......

DNC didn't want Hillary, instead got a male Hillary, ya really surprised, at the failure again of the DNC, after Gore/Kerry?

The Magic is fading, like the setting sun..................

"The far left seems determined to alienate all moderate Dems and help the GOP make the "permanent Republican majority" a dream come true."

Yep. Republicans will reinvent themselves, as parties always do when they get crushed, just like the Democrats did after '04, and will be in good shape in '10 running against Barry and his leftists. They should take the House then and run the table in '12.

Democrats always find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, don't they? That's a result of their primary process.

I didn't say that I enthusiastically support the DNC.
by BFD
I'm not donating any money or other support to the DNC after what it did to Michigan and Florida.

I think I've told you this before.

Dems/Libs aren't as "lockstep" as Repubs. It's like herding cats.

I too have somewhat of a problem with Obama "legitimizing" some nut-wing positions. But I don't have any fear of him losing any votes he already had.

McCain is still losing, and I think Obama will continue to speak to the public in a way that resonates with the real problems that hit home in this country.

I took my name off their internet mailing list, but got a survey from them today. I wasn't kind.

BFD--your $150, went to the DNC
by dadawg

whether you think it did or didn't...............surely, some dem/lib, should have realized when the K's came out for O, some nasty shit, close................

esp, since the C's the Lards of the dem;libs, sent packing.......

evidently, there's a bigger picture now being seen, a dem muslim in the congress, a dem muslim in the senate, who is it exactly that wants a muslim as POTUS?

Pass out the Qr-ans.....................at the DNC, convention, more than likely, protocol..............imho

It is aggravating. I've stuck with it in the darkest days during the GWB Administrations and I've reconsidered that numerous times. It was exciting when my Congressman,Nick ,eat Tom DeLay in '06. Think I'll send some money and donate some time to his re-election campaign.

Don't know about 2010 or 2012. Anything can happen between now and then.

C'mon dawg. Be serious. I am.
by BFD
He's not a Mulim and the money I donate to Obama doesn't go to the DNC. That's just not true.
Re: I remember when........................................
by BFD
But there's no 3rd party candidate that might draw significant support away from McCain. Too many Dems are taking the Repub situation for granted and thinking Obama's got it locked up. Obama needs all the votes he can get. McCain can still win.

being as serious as possible, BFD.............birth certificate hasn't proved Hussein an American, as of today........those outfits he wore as a kid/adult, begs the difference of his Muslim connections, or enough for me.................probably millions of other Americans......................................

No way Hussein is where he is today, without the blessings of the DNC, I mean my gawd, Hussein took down the most loved dems on earth, something about that picture, blurry......

Time shall tell, esp, since Hussein's brother/cousin radical Muslim's...............hope liberals can endure Sharia law.......

I understand why Hillary "supended" her campaign, not end it............shit fixing to hit the fan in the DNC...........or as in 2000/2004, expect another loss..............w/Hussein......

McKinney in November if Obama is not their man. It's just like the Bible beaters can go vote for Barr is they don't like McCain. Neither Obama or McCain are the best choices out there, but we could have far worse choices. The thing I find funny is Obama is sounding more like Bush at times and it amazes me how he got so many of the looney toone left to stupport him when they thought he was a real candidate for change. He sold them a lie and now they're starting to realize he's not the messiah that they had hoped for.....

You've been reading too many Armando and el cid posts and too many leilanimp and swiet copy-n-pastes. C'mon dawg. I know you're smarter than to believe all that birth certificate and Muslim crap.

"The thing I find funny is Obama is sounding more like Bush at times"

His economics are VooDoo, his vision of Unitary Iraq is Neocon, and his yearning for an imperial presidency bolstered by FISA is Little George. He's Bush with a nice tan.

In your ignorance you fail to grasp the facts as per usual. Hillary had baggage, fair or not she carried all the Clinton years, the phony investigations, Bills Blow job, etc. Democrats want to win this election thus Obama won the popular and electoral votes and is our candidate. He is your next President and I know how much you enjoy the prospect of a black in the white house. I love it.
