These absurd, useless "Nanny" laws must be repealed. We do not need government officials or people with agendas to control our lives. If I want to eat transfats or smoke that is my damn business and not the governments or anyone elses!

Besides which NOBODY reads warning labels, either on wine bottles, cigarette packs or anything else. Besides being intrusive it is a waste of money and time!

If there is an information label, then you can choose to read it and I can choose not to. If there is no label, then neither of us has any choice. Guess who is the real control freak.

Why? Because I don't trust companies to tell the truth without government or popular intervention. Companies broke the contract of trust with consumers a long time ago, and unfortunately, we now live in a time where government intervention is necessary for something as important as info on what we put into our bodies after being bombarded by slick marketing presentations and attractive advertisements.
