So the state mandates that doctors state views that are neither medical consensus nor their own opinions, but they kindly allow that these doctors inject personal views into the government-mandated speech?

You also need to read the decision.....the testamony of the experts, before you rant on this.....otherwise you show how little you understand or know about the subject.
