Trying to figure out a way he can keep Bush in office for at least 8 more years. He figures after that America will be so screwed that they can be invaded by him, 4 Muslim extremists, a rabid llamma, 3 chickens, 2 oxen, and a donkey carrying Saddam's amazing dissapearing WMDs.
