If you were going to invade a nation, which area would you spend more time controlling?

A: The numerous ammo dumps that you were told contained WMDs and you knew to contain high explosives (explosives used to create the #1 killer of US military, IEDs) and weapons that could be used to kill members of your military?

B: The oil fields, oil producing facilities, the oil minsitry, and oil transportation nodes?
