In other words unezero....
by A155MM

You are a typical liberal. You cry about the plight of wounded vets but you can't lift a finger to put a burger on a bun for a group of them. They don't need your silly ass sign waving or your VFP meetings and they don't care that you have wiped the butts of your grand children.

What they do need is someone who isn't too lazy and self absorbed to stop by on special occasions and say "Thank You." The fact is; you can't look at an injured soldier who did his duty as he saw fit instead of criticizing others because you don't have the guts to. You're not a protester unezero; you're just a coward who can't face reality.

I wipe more than the butts of my grandchild. What gives you the responsibility to tell me how to spend my time. You sound like you are picking up some of my faults. When was the last time you smiled at a woman and asked her out for dinner. What about opening up your thinking and looking for a woman for companionship? There are many fine women out in the world who would love to have a man to cook for and enjoy. I think it would make your life happier.

I do not think you are reading my post carefully. I even write them twice. Our V.A. Hospital is an hour away. When I go there with Al I am pleasant to the others in the waitng rooms. I ask questions. Don't worry about me. I have my own Veteran to take care of here. I mowed some and made him a nice dinner of mashed potatoes , liver ,and onions. He made the frozen peas and is now making a chocolate cream pie. I really am trying to not make sweets. He is diabetic, Type 2. He seems to have cravings for sweets more now than in years past. Probably his meds. The Veterans for Peace get my support. I think we should be trying to stop the making of wounded vets.

Organization 155

Let's take care of two birds with one deed. You have a cause to help the Veterans. I know there is much satisfaction in helping those less fortunate and people who have not done it do not realize how complete it makes a person feel. Why don't you talk to some of the oranizations in your area about this Veteran's need for help.? Offer to give a presentation maybe 10 minutes at some of the meetings. This way you will help the vets and also citizens who will feel fulfilled when they act. Delegate some of the organization responsibility and gain contacts. . Have meetings and make frends. Be appreciative and everyone will gain. Go to churches and talk. Good luck.
Organization and effort; unezero
by A155MM

Our group already does that unezero. When are you going to stop making snot nosed remarks about Vets; and go help one; not a thousand; not a hundred; just one?

You'll never do it; it's easier for you to bitch about politics than it is to help a soldier; and that is why you are just another loud mouthed liberal.

A155MM, Unebug is too busy standing on Vets as her soapbox to notice who they are and what they've done.
Pardon the intrusion

Where was the outrage over Wesley Clark's recent comments about McCain?

"Outrage". I regularly communicate with you men and I am suppose to be sensitive about words. ??? Give me a break.

155, I figured you knew of groups. This is something personal with you so why don't you step forward.

Step forward and do what? I'm pretty well booked in the volunteer department lady. Let me know when you've made your first appointment at a VA.
