OK, so fray libs say they are fine

with Obama moving to the center to win the election. What does that say about you? What does that say of your standards? He is doing it for power, why exactly are you giving up yours for?

Again, I have to post this more than once because immature assholes like stinker and doubter seem to not keep it right in their wee brains, what does it say of you posters that have been clamoring for almost 8 years that Bush is a war criminal, the war is immoral, we can't win and we must bring our troops home and then turn around and say it is ok for Obama to be flexible on his Iraq policy or that it is ok for him to not demand to bring them home because he has to win the election? If Obama comes back and changes it from 16 months to four years to bring combat troops out and a soldier is killed, are you going to sing your little "last soldier to die for the wrong war" mantra you have bitched and moaned about for Bush's entire term?

I love the fact Obama has moved to the center. It means he will not be the Ronald Reagan of the left. He does not have the ability to unite the country and move it to the left as many hoped and dreamed he would. So he has Clintonized himself. Doesn't bother me. I think it shows he is practical and will surround him with smart people for fear of screwing up. I have said that after Bush we will need someone more practical. I have explained this is why I liked Clinton and why I am going to vote for McCain. Now seeing Obama is a panderer, it makes me feel like he will be an ok status quo president.

The best thing, though, is the fact you anti-war, anti-american pieces of crap will have no power over the man. Move on, George Soros, all the way down to the yelping lil fray libs...he used you, abused you, took money out of your purse and is now using it to date the much hotter chick...the moderates. Best part about it, you are still singing his praises as the best boyfriend you've had in decades.

I laugh my ass off every time I see it.

Obama could be caught smacking a toddler and taking his lollipop on camera, and 98% of his mind numbed followers would still try to explain it away as a "recallibration"

thing that really ticks me off is Iraq was the reason they dropped Hillary. She knew they wanted her to put her integrity at risk by saying she made a mistake voting for the Iraq war. Now he is pandering and they don't care because "he needs to win."

Pretty sad.

obama's treatment of hillary still infuriates me !!!

and NOW that its becoming clear that obama LIED to win the nomination

they are STILL shilling for him and his lies

sigh

what is sad is years of failed GOP leadership
by jazzguitarman

So yes, it is all about winning. I can live with that and sleep at night.

What we need to ensure is no more failed GOP leadership.

um...question here
by Jeff

What makes you think Obama will be a good leader?

Also, if Republican leadership is such a failure, why does Obama have to shift to their policies?

What else can they say?

Besides........they know he's just saying that stuff for votes. TIn other words, they know he's lying and are fine with it.

The media is working pretty hard to help you guys. I hope this puts to rest the argument that the MSM is left leaning. If they were they'd be far more honest about....

1. Wesley Clark. He did not criticize McCain's service. Read the transcript and you'll find that both the media and McCain were very inaccurate in their version of Clark's statement.

2. Fisa. Obama did not change his opinion and the Fisa bill accomplishes the primary goal of his position....which is Fisa court oversight of taps on domestic phone calls.

3. Iraq. You guys act like Obama made some kind of promise to stay in Iraq for 100 years. He said he would withdraw from Iraq, but would listen to the advise of his military leadership as to how and when to do it. Would you prefer he not listen to his generals.....as Bush has failed to do for 5 years now? Perhaps you'd rather he fire generals who disagree with him.

4. Gun control? Obama never expressed the opinion that handguns should be illegal.

Why do you think that being dishonest will work for you? Is it because that tactic worked in the republican primary against McCain in 2000?

We are laughing our asses off over what will happen in November. There are 5 republican senators and 26 represenatives who are giving up. They don't want to face defeat and so they are running away.

What do you stand for?
Re: um...question here

no one knows how history will look back on the last 8 years. And the fact that everybody continues to push Bush's policies even when they claim they aren't tells me this is more about lip service than it is about actual disdain for his policies.
lets face the TRUTH and go from there
by dems rock

false bravado will NOT win obama the election.....and denying FACTS wont either

obama has been caught in LIES

plain and simple

so obama LYING to win the nomination should not be lost on you

obama is ONLY five points ahead of the "devil incarnate" this is with a margin of error of 3%....not such good numbers dude

Could you be a little more specific?

1. I am not running for office. Are you asking what I would do if I were?

2. I could tell you my opinions of both Barak and McCain's proposed policies.
