Re: Allegedly hard-to-find bras

Way back when, I worked at Macy's in the lingerie department and learned how to fit bras.
While I wouldn't randomly buy from a website, I will buy reputable brands. I've always been a 32D or a 32DD and know that I get the best support from the full-figured types with 3 hooks in the back and full cups. Other styles look really sexy and, so have their place, but for all-around, everyday, the ones with the high stiffer side panels and 3 hook closures are best.
About age 39 or so, I noticed that while I stayed the same cup size, my shape was different. The fitters at Nordstrom said it was common among women my age to start wearing a different type of bra.
By the way, I'm not very comfortable yet with being overtly snarky; however, my post was aimed at the women who claimed that they couldn't find anything in their size or that, if they did, the bra was exorbitantly priced. That's what prompted my google search. I wanted to know what I was talking about before implying that they weren't trying hard enough (or just whining.)
