Talk about ridiculous
by raesoflight

Let's take for granted that possibly, some of these inmates were unjustly convicted. They still had to try to shank somebody to warrant being served this unappetizing meal. I honestly don't see how anyone could agree that they are being treated unfairly by being served nutraloaf. It isn't being forced down their throats. Starvation is a viable option. Or hey, they could keep their hands and feet to themselves like good children.

Why are judges even hearing cases from these prisoners who obviously suffer from nothing more than entitlement issues? I do believe in prisoner's rights. Tasty food is not a right.

By the way, bravo to the author for bravely trying what few free men would venture to eat.

AMEN!!! If someone breaks the law and ends up in jail....they shouldn't even have ANY rights!! They forfeited any kind of rights when they committed the crime!!!

that's the part that gets me, they don't get put on the loaf until they've basically committed crimes WHILE IN PRISON! It kind of makes it hard to feel sorry for them.

The crime of making a weapon for self-preservation? If you can't understand why a prisoner might have sympathetic reasons for needing a knife, watch any prison special on TV.
