Being a loser in the primary where the winner was the less capabile son of a crappy President, loser to the man regarded by many as the worst president ever, is the deal breaker.

If McCain would have been a worse President in 2000 than....say...the President we got instead, doesn't that mean he'll be even worse than the worst? That sounds bad.

Add in Keating 5, and we already know that he feels screwing Americans out of billions is hunky dory.

Strange that Democrats are not more conerned with using that as an avenue of attack, rather than McCain's military service. Seems to me, the Keating 5 episode is FAR more damaging......

They chose Bush over McCain in 2000, presumably because they judged him to be more qualified and would be a better President than McCain. If the last eight years have shown anything, their judgement is not to be trusted.

Hmmmm......contrary to current popular GOP belief Juan McCong ISN'T "Ike" and the GOP is wasting valuable time & resources looking goofy trying to throw together a ticker tape parade for McCong 40yrs after the fact;)
