McCain's views don't reflect his service

My concern is that McCain's service doesn't seem to be reflected in his positions.

From Gitmo (he likes it) to habeas corpus (he hates it) he's auditioning to be the "captor-in-chief"; can anyone else see that our Gitmo camp is basically the American version of the Vienamese camp that McCain was held in for all those years? How can you support that kind of thing if you've experienced it? What does that say about McCain's judgement and his state of mind? It scares me.

Who would advocate war with Iran, when they've experienced all the horrors that war creates? I think this is a sign of insanity. Do we want an insane president?

His votes against veterans benefits is also counter to his own experiences. McCain has clearly embrassed the "do what it takes" camp to get to the White House.

It is too bad that McCain has forgotten what it meant to serve with honor.
