Can't say I am terribly surprised at the Addington and Yoo sideshow pause and play tactics at their hearing.

What I find deplorable is that these are both individuals who hold a post within our government.... you know.. WE THE PEOPLE? And yet they are afforded the bait and switch tactics that regardless of what the heinous crimes are that are being investigated, they can hide behind a shield that Bush built for them.

Specifically - that any government employee acting on his behalf for our country can claim "ignorance" or is protected by legal counsel when questioned about any government or homeland security related issue. Breath -- translates into nobody can rat me out if they want their job; if they wanna stay, they can't say anything...

Just reinforces my firm belief that Bush and Cheney should be impeached. Quit trying to play the blame game and scapegoat an underling... can't Bush and Cheney handle their own messes? Oh yeah, thats right.. they're too busy banking up all that money they are making on the Iraq oil, er. war.

They're also busy with a huge project; destroying the Constitution. It's not enough for them to just ignore it. They want it gone.
