Who isn't already doing all 3 of those things? But somehow I have the feeling that's not enough to stop a really ingenious zombie...

I might also add, get HijackThis and run it from time to time. If it shows anything you don't recognize, Google it and see what other people have to say. Don't delete anything just because you don't recognize it, though.
