Considering his role on Weeds, shouldn't that be "chronically employed"?

Weeds, now there's a bizarre show. I keep watching...not sure what to make of it.

I love Weeds. I have the first three seasons on Blu-Ray. The whole cast on that show is excellent.

Perhaps not to be taken quite so literally -- rather, in the sense of 'underused'.
