I have only heard the work drinkability in A-B commercials. Yet I think it may be the most apt description of domestic beer out there, and it may possess a little marketing genius. I think it means that my Bud product will always taste the same, will have the predictable effects, will not be skunky, and will be flavored (or diluted if you prefer) so that I can pound a lot of them if that it my choice. I reckon that's the essence of typical American beer drinking.

Unrefined product? Maybe. But I think their marketing is spot on. The size of my gut suggests that I'm their target market.
