Hillary supporters
by Elsiec

To all Hillary supporters who say they will vote McCain or stay home, or wish to force her into the VP slot. I ask you to consider the possibilities for Hillary if we just get together and vote for Obama in mass as we did in the primaries. Its not only the president and the supreme court, there are a lot of house and senate seats rolling. If we vote strong, we can get a sizeabe congress majority that can really make a difference. That does mean a lot of newly elected, in-experienced congress members who will need time to get the knowledge to start making a difference immediately. We need strong and experienced people like Hillary in the senate, not being wasted as VP. And consider the future for Hillary with a democratic president and house. For the first time she will have a real opportunity to pass the meaningfull legislation that fullfils her life's work. She has the chance to really acheive her goals and life's ambition much better in the senate than as president. A president does not legislate. I hate to say this but with the future uncertain for Ted Kennedy, Hillary has the chance to become an awesome power in the senate and dictate our lives and futures in many ways for years to come. I hope she sees this and walks away from the VP slot and takes her destiny in hand. Not only do we have so much new legislation to get going, our congress has their work cut out for them cleaning up the disasterous mess the republicans have left us. Heck it could take them four years of solid just to do that! We need strong and experienced leaders in office who will work their tails off on cleaning up the old and initiating the new. Its a daunting task.

Would you her supporters really want to take away Hillary's future voting for McCain? And can't supporters on both sides quite with the attacks on each other and put the Country First? What good are you doing any of us, including your chosen candidate. Think about our future. Take a good hard look at the last seven years and think hard before you vote or don't vote foolishly. Candidates since the beginning of the country have trashed each other and then go on like nothing ever happened on the same team, why can't their supporters?

The democrats running further down the ticket are going to do well regardless. Every Clinton supporter I know plans on voting ; we're just NOT going to vote for a Democrat for president this time. Hillary will get the nomination in 2012 . and we will vote in a democrat for president at that time.

I am an American first, a democrat second. I will not vote to turn my country over to somebody like Obama. Good-bye democratic party. Hello, John McCain.

Bob Barr for President!!!

You are absolutely correct!!!

We should do something about it. Are you a Clinton supporter who feels disenfrachised over the recent primaries? Do you feel Howard Dean and the DNC really screwed the pooch this time and want to show them (via your vote) how you feel? Do you feel that there's no possible way you can vote for Obama and no one can possibly change your opinion on the subject regardless of the facts?

Well don't waste your vote on John McCain, he's just another cog in the RNC machine.

Show the RNC that you don't want a wishy washy, flip flopping candidate.

Vote Bob Barr!!!

He's the real conservative.

I take it you won't have any problem if you hear similar spite against Hillary in 2012?
