Doing it backwards
by russellk
Everybody tries to do this backwards. I have been through this so many times, I can't count them. I have worked construction where we wanted to be through by 2:30 in the afternoon to avoid the Texas heat. I worked in a New Orleans bar where my shift started at 10 p.m. What people try to do is to get up earlier in the morning. They trick is to get up later. It is much easier to do, and if you keep doing it, eventually you are waking up early in the morning. The trick is having a couple of days where you can wake up at 2:30 p.m. or 6 p.m.

This did not work for me. I tried it. My brain likes to be awake at midnight but not so much at 10AM
