Apart from Michelle and the kids, the only women we see Obama with are his fans.

Check the papers and online. All of Obama's advisors appear to be men--white men.

Not even his press spokesperson, often a job assigned to a woman (cue chagrin), is a woman.

Now and then we see Caroline Kennedy or Susan Rice, but only as adoring surrogates, i.e., high class fans.

By contrast, Bush had Karen Hughes and Condi Rice. Bill Clinton was also surrounded by strong women in his campaign.

Does Obama have a problem with women?

We hear about White Nana in Hawaii and all he owes her. We hear about how Michelle gives him the business when he gets bratty.

But where are the women in his operation that have any power?
