There is only so much improvement that you can get from people with limited intelligence. "Poor" means Black and billions of dollars in education spending, on computers or any other tool, cannot change reality. I wish it were otherwise, but posters who might be upset at this fact should first consider if they want their children to attend any inner city public school with all the pathologies of the black underclass.
