Neither Polanski nor the film maker seem concerned he sexually assaulted a 13 year old girl. This is a clear example of the rule of Hollywood elitism-what Hollywood people do is not to be judged like common people's actions. The only problem with the legal system is that it never should have offered a deal to an unrepentant fleeing felon.
