Especially about the MSM treatment of Hillary Clinton. I can see that, and pretty much argree. Although I didn't exactly see Obama getting a free ride back in the 2007 "inevitable" period.

And I've heard that a lot of you are making your feelings known to the media. Kudos.

I've written a couple of letters to some of the media outlets myself about what I see another facet of this sort of coverage.

Basically that all of the media is far too biased in their coverage of all of these candidates vs. any coverage at all about the actual issues.

I don't want to make my decision for president based on something stupid like hair, or fist-bumps, or suit collars, the way they laugh, or what some other random talking head said about whether they're a cat or dog person.

And I really don't want to have to think that millions of Americans out there who may not have access to the internet made their decision based on that garbage either.

I think that this sensationalist and trivialist trend in media coverage only fosters the inertia of the status quo by magnifying anything (gender and race come to mind) out of the ordinary into an "event".

This is, to my mind, why we had to have the "pant-suit" wars, the "cleavage" circus, etc. etc. as well as "muslim" wars, and "what-my-pastor said" gate.

It's just stupid. I'd like to ask that if you get a chance, please, when you're telling the media off, if you'd include something about the total lack of substance in most newscasts vs. the overabundance of shmuck, I'd appreciate it.

My new policy will be to "not recommend" any post that states that the MSM was mean to Hillary without substantiating that claim.

I wouldn't say mean so much as idiotic, generally. The really mean stuff was on the Cable News Shouting Match shows. I have heard that many people aren't going to watch these shows any more. I think that's an excellent idea, no matter who your candidate was.

Angry?????? ....is not the word. I am a 69 year old woman and can say in all my years I have never seen any candidate treated as badly as Hillary was. I went to the Nevada Democrate state comvention in May as a delegate for Hillary and was so shocked to witness what was going on in the Obama side that I wanted to leave insteadly. The people were ruthless they had a 17 year old girl as a chair person , they had children seeded on the floor and would not remove them. I ask you are these the kind of people we want to run our country? Well I don't. The news media were all for Obama etc. But yet the people still voted for Hillary 18 million and I was one of them and I will not VOTE for Obama not now not in November. Get a grip America he is to young ,to inexperience ,has a wife that just now is PROUD to be an AMERICAN, he sat for 20 Years (Maybe asleep ) and heard nothing his preacher SAID . The youth of America is crazy and far to young to make this judgement call. I have never crossed my party lines But I will this time. Oh one more thing my 86 year old step mother-in-law called yesterday and asked me what she should do. I told her what I was going to do and she said she felt the same way.
