Ding, Dong, The Witch Is Dead

... at least for four years.

Don't think for a minute that her rejection by the American people (or at least the Democratic Party portion thereof) is going to stand as Slick Hillary's last word. This slap in the face will be seen by her and the diehard Clintonistas as a mere speed bump, a pothole on her road to the White House, just a delay of her entitlement to the top job.

The fact that she can polarize a roomful of people merely by appearing; that a substantial plurality at least of American voters despise her and all she stands for; that in many circles she is regarded as a cross between a whiny brat and a material whore who thinks she's the heir-presumptive to the Democratic Party's leadership (and by extension, to the center seat on the bridge of the Ship of State), is completely beside the point to her.

She's had her shot at serious consideration for the Presidency. She lost. She's topped out as a senator. I'm afraid she is going to have to learn to be content with that - unless, that is, enough people in the Peoples Democratic Republic of New York wake up and realize just how ineffectual she is as a senator, and vote her out in 2012.

Ted Kennedy fully expected to win the Presidency one day, as his brother John did in 1960 and his brother Robert might have done in 1968. He too was rejected by the Democratic Party for that job and topped out as a senator, one who is respected by all America, even by people who hate his politics. He has an honored place in American political history, because once he realized he wasn't going to get the top job he concentrated on becoming the best senator for Massachusetts he could be. That is the paradigm Slick Hillary will emulate, if she's smart.

Unfortunately, I don't believe she is that smart. She's like the last guest at the party, sitting and drinking and talking amid the empty bottles, dirty dishes and the ashtrays full of butts while the host and hostess start cleaning up the mess. Someone needs to sing her the following, from Bells are Ringing:

"The party's over, it's time to call it a day.
They've burst your pretty balloon and taken the moon away.

It's time to wind up the masquerade.
Just make your mind up the piper must be paid.

The party's over.The candles ficker and dim.
You danced and dreamed through the night,
it seemed to be right just being with him.

Now you must wake up, all dreams must end.
Take off your make up, The party's over;
It's all over, my friend."

have you met Hillary Clinton? Oh, you havent? The way you and many others talk about her, I would think you all knew her. Wouldn't it be terrible if someone spoke of you and said derogatory remarks that weren't true, but just presumed them to be true? Unbelievable.

Google "Clinton Scandals" and/or "Clinton lie". Try amazon.com as well for At this point, if someone is still suprised about how often the Clintons shamelessly lie, are amazed at their power-hungry and ruthless attitude, or shocked by their dirty politics it's their fault for being naiive.
