It's clear...

...that HRC wants her supporters to tell her to take this to Denver. If anything, that sounded like a stump speech to me - and saying that nearly 18 million voters aren't invisible to her, it ignores the 35 million+ that voted in the Democrat primary. So much for unity.

I know this is a really tough time for HRC, but I was disappointed in her speech. She had the ability to start to turn her voters around and really push for a united party against McCain, and instead she used the podium to get her digs in, such as the "every vote counted" reference to Michigan and Florida (negating earlier comments she'd made about the two states).

And now with the Veep talk and using her position as leverage - it's clear that the Clintons have very little respect for Obama and are trying to force his hand publicly.

I really would like to help Shrillary with her math. SHe should return to simple math 101. To get the correct sum total. She didn't include the votes in many of the states (ie.) Washington etc) that eventually had caucuses. In Washington she lost the primary by about 300,000 votes, but of course that don't count. SHRILLARY; to quote your campaign, "COUNT EVERY VOTE". After you do that turn in your corrected paper to the teacher.

And notice they scheduled themselves two floors below ground in NYC with no phone or wireless signals, so no one that sat in the auditorium for a couple of hours waiting for her speech would see the news that Obama had won the delegate count. Just another little tactic to keep the meme going.
