That's why this proposal should never see the light of day. No way will vtaxpayres pay unemployed black single women to reproduce. We won't pay Hispanics to have children either. The only strategy the elite will agree to is to pay rich white people to have kids. Of course, they won't say this, they will say: Let's pay college-educated married couples over 25 with one or no children to have kids. Naturally, mostly white people will qualify.

We already subsidize unwanted children via welfare payments to immigrants and the unemployed. We should pay smarter, native-born Americans to reproduce because when there are no more people of the "historic majority," America will not exist. This is the perfect spot for some liberal pseudo-wit to ask if I mean American Indians when I say historic majority. No. I mean White gentiles, preferably of British descent.

Please remember that the reason other countries are lousy is because of who populates them. Also remember that we DO have a demographic nightmare on our hands, as most immigrants and their grand children do not assimilate and lag far behind in educational achievement at a time when the world economy is demanding greater intelligence.
Think about this when you say "oh, we just aren't cut out to be parents." People who really aren't cut out are doing double shifts.

The reason why Americans as a whole are growing rapidly dumber is tied to the fact that dumb people are having more kids than smart people. Around where I live the people that have the most kids are the Welfare bums who have never worked a day in their lives. They have child after child after child in order to get more money from the government. If you want to have a functional and strong society then you don't pay the dregs of society to reproduce as much as possible.

At least the British don't constantly lecture the world about how much better things are in Europe. God forbid I should ever have to hear about the superior French social model again - or how perfect Norway is.
