Watch the Secret Service agents drop away from JFK's limo just before he is shot.

Interesting but couldn't that just be because the car was going to fast to keep up with?I mean their job is to keep the crowds away, when the car is going to fast for the crowds , they're not needed in the same way. You certainly can't expect them to run 20- 30 miles an hr.
JFK Evidence Now Overwhelming

Reasonable thoughts. Actually their job at that position is to be human shields if needed. The presidential limo has special platforms on the rear bumper for the agents to stand on, and hand-holds for them to hang onto. And the car was going especially SLOWLY at that point, adding vulnerability. Turns out there were MANY ways in which standard Secret Service procedures were not followed that day.

For a large amount of well-assembled testimony that shreds the Warren Commission report see The Men Who Killed Kennedy.

The last 10 minutes talks about who benefitted. Kennedy's order to start withdrawing from Vietnam was reversed 3 days after he was killed. The war industry benefitted "big time".
