Are Crocs really that comfortable?

I own a pair of Crocs (navy blue, nothing "robust") and while I think they are fairly comfortable and breezy for short walk and so forth, I find them absolutely wretched for long ones. Am I alone in my blisters?

no - i tried a pair for a while. they're just like flip-flops in that respect - they're not really meant for long walks. i would not go for a long walk in flip-flops nor in crocs.

i think they're more for the "standing all day" crowd. nurses love them.

You'd probably need to wear thick socks with them to keep from getting blisters in Crocs before you've got them broke in good. I tried on a pair & they weren't as comfortable as they looked like they'd be. Once you've gotten those little nubby things on the footbed wore down they'd be more comfortable.

Thank you! I wore mine for so long, now I think my feet are really screwed up!!

I can't wear regular shoes anymore & the crocs hurt too!!!

Yes.....four full days of parkhopping at Disney and no feet or leg pain.....they are a Godsend!

No you are not alone in your blisters. I wear mine daily to work and for that they are great. However, I wore them for the cancer relay for life and walked 2 straight hours in them around the track, my feet were sore and pretty painful the following day. I wore socks with them so maybe that is why I did not actually get any blisters, but, the pain was bad enough so I will not try that again.

My little girl gets blisters from hers. I have a pair for working in the yard (they are knock-offs) and wouldn't dare be seen in them anywhere else.
