Dubina:
And you said John McCain had superior knowledge of strategy and war fighting compared to Obama. You had no reply to the evidence of my rebuttal.
Why not just admit you have your ladies' knickers in a twist?
Oh,okay,Dubina I'll give some attention back. ;-)
On the ladies and the knickers part..actually. no. I feel deeply gratified that Hillary has made the very admirable showing that she has
As a woman she makes me feel intensely proud of her and how well she has done.
But we all know Obama is the nominee. That question has been quite settled by now.
The thing is and I know Lunesta will remember when I wrote to her about this early in the campaign when I was for Obama after his Iowa win..I didn't believe the country was ready to elect a woman president and at that time Obama had inspired me.
But then of course, as my admiration for HRC grew and my ambivelence towards Obama also grew, after the very poor way he handled the Wright issue among things.....I switched my support to her.
And it will remain so even though he is the nominee.
But as far as the great job Hillary has done as the first woman to make a serious run for the Presidency, her campaign has filled me with the utmost pride.
I feel very good about that.
But get ready...and I know I am getting my popcorn ready for the next event...because....I expect that the Obamania we all have witnessed in the media for months now to pale in comparision to what it will be the moment he gets the nomination.
Oh Man! It's going to be a sight to see!
I expect CNN and MSNBC and his supporters to literally go through the rooftops crying with glee and adoration.
I also expect Hillary to come out and strongly support him.
That circus is coming and it will be here very soon.
And as it passes by I will sitting watching it all as I know millions of other Americans will be...skeptically, thinking to myself, .....'okay,yeah?....."but, what else can you show me?'
It should make for some fanscinating theatre though.
In others words..I know it's very hard for non Obama supporters to see this...but millions of Americans are looking at this guy pretty amusedly ..like, "okay...but.. where's the beef?"
They are not that all impressed.
But have fun with it..I am actually enjoying the theatre of it all now.
;-)
