Skeppy is correct, voter fraud is part and parcel of the Democrats election system. That is why Fat Albert (Gore) cried to long and so loud in 2000, and why Kerry kvetched so much they were told the fix was in. Obama comes from one of the most corrupt states in the nation as far as voter fraud is concerned. After all it was Mayor Daly the elder that got us JFK in 1960. The problem with the elections wasn't with the conduct at the polls, which was all he covered. It was with the conduct outside. Hamas has bought its entry into politics by being the providers of humanitarian aid, especially in the Gaza strip. People are dependent on them for subsistence. How can a politician run against the guy that puts the food on everyone in the area's table and win? Fatah doesn't have resources and Hamas gets them from outside and then uses them to get dependents. Israel facilitates it by keeping the Palestinian public down.
