this Mercurial person, is he credible? I’m not around enough to know.

In our exchange, I asked him if there were any colleagues of his on this board that hold him in high esteem. He listed the following whom I assume are somewhat respected in these discussions.

Demothenes, Thracymus, Robes, zinya, monfort, etc...

So my question… Is this Mercurial telling the truth? Do they find him to be honest and well thought out in his posts?

Merc is arrogant, and when anyone disagrees with him, he calls them vile names and dismisses them.

Those people he listed don't post here unless they are using other names that I am not aware of.

Maybe merc was a good and honest poster at some point in time, but I'm not sure he is that now.

a little self absorbed, and extremely sanctimonious, but he's been here so long, his diatribes are like an institution.
