The Hitler card

When you have nothing left to play but the Hitler card, you may as well admit that you've lost the argument.

All the same, I think this will be good for Obama. First because it gives him an opportunity to take the president on directly, second because it reveals just how badly McCain has sold out to the Bushies, and third because it brings the debate back to the war, which plays to Obama's strengths.

Current events check...which world leader was the last one to initiate an aggressive war on the basis of flimsy evidence, refusing all attempts at a negotiated settlement? Watch who you stick that Hitler 'stache on, W.

AIPAC/Israel intelligence just confirmed that Hitler was Palestinian and NOT GERMAN as we are told :)

Therefore, since Hitler committed holocaust, AIPAC/Israel has a right to commit Palestine holocaust :)

If the shoe fits wear it. Talking to Iran is pointless, we are talking about a Goverment in Iran that openly talks about wiping Isreal off the map. How do you neogiate that out of someone? We are dealing with religous fanatics who believe by doing so they will bring back the resurrection of one of there own prophets. Tell me again how do you "neogiate" that out of someone? Hamas and Hezbollah(sp?) only exist as groups for the destruction of Isreal, they have no other purpose. Again tell me how you "neogiate" that out of someone.

They are building a nuclear arsenal and they will use it, I just wonder how a potential President Obama is going to answer the following question:

"If we had knowledge that they were building nuclear weapons, and we now know where the bomb that destroyed one of our cities came from, why did we let them have it? Why did we allow ourselves to be held hostage to a goverment ruled by fanatical Mullah's?"

Wiping Israel off of the map? So? Why is this our problem? Israel is irrelevant to US interests, though the oil sitting under the sands of the rest of the countries in that region is very much of a STRATEGIC concern to the well being of the ENTIRE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The only reason we should be concerned about Iran is if they threaten the oil fields, not your precious Israel. As a matter of FACT, the only threat to America's STRATEGIC concerns in that region of the world is Israel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their religious fanatics are the ones who are endlessly stirring up the pot. They're the ones with nukes. If anything, the US needs to eliminate Israel's arsenal of nuclear weapons, not Iran's.

Well for one thing you get your facts straight before getting into a situation where over 4000 US soldiers could be killed in a war that will last longer than WWII and that would cost you trillions of dollars and put your economy in shambles. Edward Peck, former Middle East ambassador and a Middle East expert, has stated that the consequence of the US invasion of Iraq is a destabilized the region where Iran is now able to jockey for a dominant position. Bush's war in effect, has handed the Middle East to Iran. Military solutions are only so useful. If you don't know what the gripes of your enemies are, how do you know that your military actions won't antagonize them further? And yea, lets remember that you are dealing with people who, while they do not have your military might, but they are patient and they have young men and women who are willing to make themselves, their bodies, weapons for their countries, especially if they feel that they are being invaded by a bully wielding a big stick. So why not go and antagonize them without exhausting every possible means of diplomatic negotiations?

Bush lied to the American people about WMDs in Iraq. He lied to the World about WMDs in Iraq. Mis-information is a weapon of mass destruction.

Jaw, Jaw, Jaw

Winston Churchill said it best: "it's better to jaw, jaw, jaw than war, war, war." Does W. want to call that appeasement?

"If we had knowledge that they were building nuclear weapons, and we now know where the bomb that destroyed one of our cities came from, why did we let them have it?"

There are so many hypotheticals in that question that it practically constitutes a parallel reality. You're assuming that 1) Iran will have the bomb, 2) they will use it on the U.S., and 3) it will happen on Obama's watch. Here's a question that's a little closer to reality:

"If we had knowledge that Saddam Hussein did not possess nuclear weapons, and we now know that he had no involvement in 9/11, why did we needlessly send thousands of American troops to their deaths?"

Who used A-Bomb first so far. Do you recall Aug 6, 8, 1945 (hiroshima/Nagasaki) !!

US, Israel, Britain, France, Russia, China, India, Pakistan are Nuclear.

If 'eye-ran' gets it, what is the problem? It would be a good balance. Mistress wants to dominate the Middle east. It has already destroyed nuclear sites of 'eye-raq' and syria.

Its planning under US secret approval to do the same in eye-ran.
