This is not a story. Democrats have a long history of having dead people vote. The Daley machine in Chicago, the Long machine in Louisiana, Acorn in Ohio for presidential elections of 2000 and 2004, etc. etc. etc. The list is long. I'm sure the departed are a recognized constituency of the Democratic Party platform (or maybe not, they don't whine and cry enough).
