According to the article, Hillary says that this lady voted for her before she died, right? Now comes the multi million dollar question. Later on in the article it is mentioned about the state law from 2001 about ballots being sealed and not opened. If this is true then how can Hillary say that this lady voted for her when noone opened or saw her ballot? Makes you think that something fishy is going on in the Hillary camp again.
