Brilliant and Terrific. Its odd that there are so many negative comments about her. For every Carly as a CEO there are a disproportionately higher number of male CEOs who got away with subpar performance because of the 'old boy network". Just consider all the CEOs of financial institutions tangled up in apocalyptic global financial mess. Or those behind bars or being investigated--Conrad, Kozloski... Carly and Meg are exactly what we need in our politics.

There are so many negative comments about her because she did a horrible job. She's basically incompetent, and has no business advising anybody on how to run an economy.

And I don't get your point about all the male CEOs that screwed up. Are you suggesting we need women like Fiorina and whitman, so there can be more female CEOs that screw things up? There are plenty of capable female executives out there, just not the two you mention.

But Gross wrote this piece about a woman. duh.

If he writes a similarly stupid piece praising a failed male CEO, I will be happy to chime in on that too.

LeRoy: We need Carly and Meg in our politics about as much as we need more wars with Iran and Venezuela, more tax cuts for trillionaires, more trillions added to our national debt, more silly ideas like 'gas tax holidays', and more expensive healthcare.
