I am incredulous that people are even thinking of this - Burma is a sovereign state, and we cannot force someone to take our help. Refer it to UN - but keep the USA out of it. We are already stretched to thin and we are NOT the world's policeman. Enough already.

Screw invading Burma/Myanmar. Canada or New Zealand are much better targets plus they already speak English. No more of this crap of invading countries that can't speak English!
