I woke up this morning at 6 o'clock to come into work an hour and a half early. Last night I missed a deadline on an assignment that took all of 2 hours to complete. I had "spent" 3 days on it.

Whether it was because I only slept 5 hours last night or because of the real desperation that my own inaction causes me and the realization that it just may be ruining my life, I'm not sure; either way, I cried while reading this article.
