every time I try to read Hot Document I fade away quickly; the scans are such low quality that it is too much work to read them. Is there any way of increasing legibility?

These things should be transcribed. I'm 20 and so I had no problem reading them (the fifth was a slight challenge), but it must really stink for those older than myself. There's no reason that both the original docs and accompanying transcriptions can't be made available.

Internet Explorer now has an option in the bottom right hand corner to zoom webpages. Set mine up to 200%, read page 5 with no problems.

I just right clicked, saved, and used an image viwer to make 'em bigger. Computers are wonderful things. You might learn that as you get older.
