This is Miley's target demographic. This is the demographic she and Disney are wooing. So this is the demographic that she and Annie Liebowitz and her handlers/parents should have considered .

Rule #1, remember not only on what side your bread is buttered...but who's paying for that bread and butter.

If Miley weren't trying to get away from her current target demographic, she wouldn't have posed for Vanity Fair. After all, I don't think too many ten-year-olds read that magazine. I just don't understand all the fuss over a bare back. You see that anytime you go to the beach. If you raise your kids right, you don't have to worry about the publicity antics of some barely talented teen bimbo.
