Taste
by Taslow

I think Explainer picked this topic in poor taste. I've got to believe that given the state of the world these days, there HAD to be something a little classier than smoking weed through a dead boys skull to elaborate on for us.

Then again, maybe I underestimate the sheer volume of weird email questions you must get............

Believe it or not trophy skulls are a long standing american tradition. It's not uncommon to find a skull converted into a cup or ashtray. Many were taken as battlefield trophies, some were stolen from indian burial sites, and still others were robbed from american graves and passed off as ww2 or vietnam skulls (raising the value).

For more information see Death to Dust (p.382. of the second addition ) <link>

So this realy wouldn't be all that uncommon.

I sat wi' my love and I drank wi' my love, And my love she gave me licht; I'll give any mon a pint o' wine That'll read my riddle right.
