...played by a different actor than Rex Racer? Did that storyline not make it into the movie?

For those of you too young to remember, Rex Racer was Racer X (Racer Rex...Racer X...get it?)

obviously you weren't paying attention to the ending of the movie. Racer X IS Rex Racer! only he is a spy for CBI trying to make racing "good" again. thing is, he had plastic surgery to cover up the fact that he is indeed Rex Racer. i mean, if ANYONE found out who he REALLY was, all hell would break loose. he's got to keep the fact that he is who he is hidden to get his job done and help his family continue their dream of having their OWN racing company that isn't in it for the money, the sponsership or the "glory." they just LOVE to race! :)

Yikes, Devy, chill out... The person writing the question hasn't actually gone to see the movie yet -- that is why part of the question is whether the whole Rex=X idea made it into the plot or not. I know you're a bit overwhelmingly eager to educate all on the wonders of the show, but you might want to make sure you're reacting to a question where that makes sense... ;o)

well i thought i was and no where did they mention they hadn't seen the movie. but it's whatever. what's done is done.
