It's kind of hard to tell these days. Hillary's claims that only she can appeal to working class white voters is false and is insulting to the working class whites who she implies are racist. I don't know about you but I'd rather be called bitter then a white supremacist.

Obama has largely been above race in this campaign except for when he has been forced to comment on it as he did right after the Wright scandal broke. Even then he gave an intelligent and thoughtful speech about race in America and how we need to put an end to this division.

Hillary on the hand seems to revel in division. Especially racial division. There may be some white people who still won't vote for a black man for president and Hillary may have gained a few votes by pandering to their fears but in the end she still lost and instead of bringing our country together has done her best to tear it apart.

"working, hardworking voters, white voters" sure sounds like the KKK to me. 'Cause you know how lazy those darkies are. Two or three times a day I have to put down my mint julep, come up off the porch and smack one or two of em upside the head so they'll stop raiding the watermelons and go back to picking my cotton.

race is a very different ballgame than it was in the 1950'a, we are now a blended society with mecicano, chicanos , cubananas and a course a few white folks and then not to mention all the other indian type people from the incas and aztec side of the world.I myself have many different looking reltives from the linseys in lousiville kentucky with their dark eyed dark haired kathy and then my other side of relatives from west virginia wiith their blond good looks also however they both look almost the same except for their dark hair dark eyes and blonde hair light blue eyes. the huztlers, the bennets the westcotts the roberts and the nelsons have a million different genes and so what race issue?

We are becoming a more blended society which is a good thing. It wasn't all that long ago that one thing white racists and black racists seemed to agree about was that "mixing" was very bad. People like Tiger Woods are mixed race and have popularity from people of all "races."

Obama's mixed heritage is good too although I chuckle that he is called the "black" candidate when he is just as much "white" as he is black. Maybe that goes back to the "single drop" rules of the old south?

It's time we all realize that race, which scientifically speaking doesn't exist, is just something that was created as something that made it "okay" for whites to enslave blacks and to colonize the world and is now being used to keep divided.

The only race of people is the human race.
