Question for the Democrats...
by MWG

If you are for Obama, consider the questions below to pertain to Clinton supporters.

If you are for Clinton, consider them to pertain to Obama supporters.

Does your political opposition treat your candidate fairly?

Is your political opposition honest in what they say about your candidate?

Is your political opposition seeing the "big picture" or focusing on non-issues?

Does your political opposition look out for what's best for the US or just their narrow political interests?

Does your political opposition take comments out of context and misrepresent what you and your candidate says?

Does your political opposition base opinions on unreliable/unproven sources?

Well, I have news for you. They haven't changed. The only difference is that now you're seeing their tactics and methods used against someone you support.

Get it yet?

The answer, for each question, is that they're practically angelic compared to standard operating procedure among the belly-crawling thugs over at the GOP.
Really? Where did you see that in the Republican Primary?
by MWG
Be specific.
Re: Really? Where did you see that in the Republican Primary?

Not in the primary. The Republicans tend to have better party unity than the Dems. It's one of their saving graces. That's the old joke: I'm not a member of any organized political party -- I'm a Democrat.

equaling the Democratic lie that Bush lied about Iraq and WMD?

Where do you see Republicans equaling the lie that Bush was behind 911?

Re: Ok, so where do you see Republicans
by Wulk
You mean they've found WMDs in Iraq?

yer getting kinda creepy...just what is your game?
by rick014

seems you go looking for a fight not opinions

1) am i really to believe you dont remember the republican primary? am i to believe you dont remember the conservative faithful attacks on McCain? am i to believe you dont remember Bush's attacks on McCain in 2000?....just for starters

this is a very hotly contested dem primary. there are passionate supporters of each candidate, passionate enough to believe and support any position thier cadidate takes. ask the supporters of Romney and Guilliani(sp). check in with a few Paul supporters who still think they can wrench a victory from McCain.

2) and for the untold number of times you have been told and shown documentation: Bush was told by the weapons inspectors, in Feb 2003, there was no WMD to be found and begged him for a few more months for more inspections to take place, he ignored them. your cut and paste of the dems remarks PRIOR to Feb 2003 has been shown to be out of context and truncated in thier remarks. am i to believe you have to be shown that again?

the conservative branch of the republican party has screwed the pooch WIDELY, over a number of subjects. they do not have the support of the majority of the public..as painful as it is for you, the next election belongs to the dems.

time to cowboy up, son

As you know, Bush did lie about Iraq and WMDs.

As for Bush being behind 9/11, that's not something promoted by mainstream Democrats.

Re: Poor Ricky...
by MWG

Democrats are doing the same against each other that they did with Bush. Democrats are crying because of the same tactics they've used against Bush for years are now being used on each other.

Deal with it.

CIA and other intelligence agencies told Bush Iraq had WMD. He believed them and acted accordingly.

Deal with it.

Re: As I know, Bush did NOT lie about Iraq and WMD
by MWG

and you know it too.

Still you're too much of a Democratic apologist to admit it.

I'll agree that mainstream Democrats have not backed the 911 nonsense but they've done nothing to dispell the lies and added plenty of their own concerning Iraq and WMD.

Re: Did Bush say they found WMDs in Iraq?
by MWG

Surely you're not childish enough to suggest stating something believed at the time, but later found out to be false, is a lie...

The average 7 year old knows better than that.
