Never happen, w4, for much the same reason as the punchline of the joke about the old drunk back in the 1890's.

He was becoming a bother trying to cadge drinks from everyone in the establishment, so one customer finally told him that if he drank the contents of that spittoon over there, his drinks would be stood the rest of then night.

So of course he took the offer, and when he actually started to drink of the spittoon, his benefactor was appalled - begged him, in fact, to stop, saying that he would stand the drinks all night regardless.

To no avail. The drunk did not desist until the spittoon was empty.

At which point he was asked why he didn't stop when he could have, before the noxious task was complete.

To which he is said to have replied ...

but I couldn't, it was all one long string ...

Same thing in your case, w4, same thing in your case.

11. United States VS Condoleezza Rice

fat chance

they already tried that . .. .

"United States vs. President Bill Clinton"

and that was a case where REAL crimes took place (workplace sexual harassment, perjury, forged whitewater documents, etc), rather than imagined political crimes which are being planned as a "show trial"

not to worry though, McCain will beat Obama by at least 4 percentage points in the general election, so our tax dollars will not be friviolously spent on such show trials.
