So, uh...what about Hillary's thesis??
by StevieN

Is it still in a secret bunker somewhere?

Sure, Michelle Obama's thesis is kinda pathetic--but she's not running for president.

I would STILL like to know what could be so politically shocking--or intellectually vapid--in Hillary's thesis that it's been hidden away until her great grandchildren are dead.

I don't think it is hidden

away. I heard Sean Hannity ranting about it a few months ago. you know it really doesn't matter what Hillary wrote back then because she has a huge body of PRODUCTIVITY since then to let anyone the least bit interested know precisely who and what she is and pretty much what she believes in.

If you are just interested in dirt then embrace any one of a hundred thousand or so GOP generated hate pieces against her. There's plenty there for the average Hillary-phobe.

I've heard ranting. I've heard a lot of things. The one thing I KNOW is correct is that Wellesley crafted SPECIAL RULES about the theses of spouses of presidents (or something nearly that tortuous) in order to keep her thesis from being released. Here and here is mention of it from MSNBC--hardly a forum for "GOP generated hate pieces."

Keep swiggin' that KoolAid, Gatewood; by tomorrow you may be drinking the REAL laced KoolAid.

MSNBC is blatantly for

Obama and so they are hardly a credible source for anything on Hillary at this point. Hell, I'd trust Fox SPEWS before I'd listen to anything MSNBC has to say about Hillary.

Ah, so the only good source of info about Hillary is from Hillary? Hmmm. I here that kind of thing a lot, from all sorts of "true believers" in many areas.

You remind me of this guy. Are you related? Is it you?

Hillary's thesis is on Saul Allinsky - the famous community organizer (and radical). It is rather dull. You can get it on-line - just google. He influenced many people - because he believed in grass-roots organizing.

On Hillary's thesis: Here's a paragraph near the end. The bizarre verbiage and interpretation are Clinton's. The correlation between the TVA and McCarthy campaign will remain a mystery for all time, and I have no clue what "stand about moving people out of the ghetttoes, have little chance of over being legislated" means, but there you have it. They were kids. Idealistic, not such great writers - but kids - and neither Obama or Clinton should be attacked for what they wrote as undergraduates. "The TVA-like proposals, reminiscent of Senator Eugene McCarthy's 1968 Presidential campaign, stand about moving people out of the ghettoes, have little chance of over being legislated. Although they would not be considered too radical in many more centralized welfare states, they are "revolutionary" within a mass production/consumption state, particularly the United States. Must definitions perhaps be as fluid as the actions they purport to describe?"
